- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Operate warehouse equipment (certification training provided)
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
