Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual methods
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment after completing training certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to complete paid equipment training program
- Reliable transportation to our Arlington facility
