Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders following company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
