Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and scan incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Optimize workflow using warehouse management systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to 123 Industrial Way
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and drug screen
