Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling machinery safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document workflow processes and report operational issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend availability
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
