Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and attention to detail
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and compliance
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
