Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per OSHA guidelines
- Prioritize tasks to meet nightly productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train on new technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and inventory software knowledge
