Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage reporting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and unloading shipments using RF scanners
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to evening shift schedule
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
