Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation protocols
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality assurance and documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure operational continuity and process optimization
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
