Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment during night shift operations
- Accurately manage inventory systems and conduct cycle counts with precision
- Coordinate cross-docking activities to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning technology
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
