Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and manage inventory in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance.
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing goods and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counting processes.
- Communicate operational issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory management.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
