Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and warehouse security protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS software
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
