Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and data-driven decision making
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience or equivalent military logistics background
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during night hours
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and reporting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays as needed
