Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight operations during overnight shift
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates using WMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counting audits
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate shift reports and productivity analytics
- Maintain quality control standards for high-value cargo
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (6pm-6am)
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
