Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team during inbound/outbound operations
- Execute inventory management protocols using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and ergonomic practices
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with day shift supervisors
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions
- Optimize workflow for 24/3 operational efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
