Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment workflows
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and equipment operation standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Implement performance metrics and conduct shift briefings
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain quality control
- Manage dock scheduling and freight handling procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility for weekend/evening shift coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent required
