Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage 10-15 team members, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity standards
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with day shift for operational continuity
- Train new hires on equipment usage and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems preferred)
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
