Responsibilities
- Manage nightly warehouse operations and team coordination
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and equipment training
- Track KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional department workflows
- Lead team training and performance evaluations
- Document daily operations and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
