As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. We offer paid training for forklift certification and internal promotion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts if required.
