Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and dock operations
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on safety protocols
- Collaborate with transportation teams for on-time deliveries
- Generate KPI reports for operational efficiency metrics
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in 3PL or retail
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
