Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery KPIs
- Conduct regular safety audits and compliance checks
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in 3PL environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- OSHA compliance expertise
- Experience managing 10+ person teams
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
