Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Implement lean inventory management systems to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Train and supervise 15+ team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance
- Ensure compliance with federal safety regulations and company policies
- Manage warehouse technology systems including WMS and barcode scanning
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate industrial equipment
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
