Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy while meeting daily targets
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and optimize storage space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with inventory management background
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital inventory tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
