Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with precision using RF scanners and WMS software
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to maximize operational efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and promote a zero-incident safety culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and experience operating various warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data entry and reporting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus
