Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.8% accuracy using WMS software
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of 30+ trucks daily
- Train and supervise 5-person team on safety protocols
- Implement lean inventory optimization strategies
- Maintain OSHA compliance in 50,000 sq ft facility
- Process returns and quality control inspections
- Generate daily productivity reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Spanish fluency a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
