Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct accurate stock counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain warehouse organization
- Implement quality control protocols to ensure product integrity
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
