Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (OSHA-certified)
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes for 500+ daily orders
- Implement lean warehouse optimization techniques
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak operations
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
