Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with precision accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing products
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency
- Train new associates on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution experience
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
- Experience with WMS systems a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
