Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy using WMS software
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and dock scheduling
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all warehouse activities
- Lead cross-functional teams for order fulfillment optimization
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity gains
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on SOPs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
