Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counting processes
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities with transportation teams
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train new associates on safety procedures and equipment use
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
