Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and verify accuracy of receiving documents
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Perform cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and order processing
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
