Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS software
- Implement lean warehouse optimization strategies
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all operations
- Train new staff on warehouse protocols
- Generate daily performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
