Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Maintain 100% compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
