Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of freight trucks and containers
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality inspections and packaging of products
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
