Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate efficient order picking/packing processes for e-commerce and B2B clients
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and OSHA safety standards
- Train new team members on SOPs and equipment protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow bottlenecks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
