Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient in WMS systems and RF technology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
