Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety protocols
- Generate daily performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
