- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading

- Conduct daily equipment maintenance checks
- Train new associates on SOPs and safety protocols
- Generate real-time warehouse performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift certification experience
- OSHA 10-hour safety training preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Missouri driver's license required
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
