Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Execute efficient inventory management using RF scanning systems and WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for accurate order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment per OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Train new associates on safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution center experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
