Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management using WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Prioritize and fulfill daily order fulfillment targets
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for streamlined logistics workflows
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
