Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with precision and timeliness
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fulfillment processes
- Conduct quality assurance checks on stored goods
- Train new staff on warehouse protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with RF scanning technology
