Responsibilities
- Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for loading/unloading operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
