Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and dispatch with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records in WMS systems
- Train new team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
