Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control through systematic receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation in WMS systems and digital tracking platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
