Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct accurate cycle counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for tracking
- Train new associates on safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
