Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate efficient order fulfillment and shipping/receiving processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse transactions and inventory counts
- Implement lean practices to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety protocol adherence checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety compliance regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
