Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes with RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital tracking systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for order fulfillment and inventory audits
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train new team members on operational procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or distribution experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
