Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for high-volume retail clients
- Lead safety inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols and equipment usage
- Generate daily performance reports using WMS software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Forklift certification (valid and current)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
