Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory management systems with WMS software for real-time tracking
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Execute order fulfillment processes with 99.9% accuracy for client satisfaction
- Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory integrity
- Maintain 5S workplace organization standards for peak efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
