Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping using RF scanners
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Train new associates on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean methodologies)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer skills and RF scanner operation
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
